TOGETHER EASTRIDING

Community Response Hub

At times like this we all need help and support to cope with the changes we need to make to our lifestyles in order to delay the spread of Covid-19. Because of these changes some people are finding it very difficult to access the services they need most.

The Community Response Hub has been created to connect people in the East Riding who are in need of help with people who can provide support.

If you or someone you know needs help

Not everyone has a network of family, friends, neighbours or carers to call upon. The Community Response Hub is here to help tackle a range of issues you or somebody you know might be experiencing due to the Covid-19 social isolation measures.

You can request help and support for yourself or on behalf of somebody else.

What help can we provide?

We can help with a range of issues including...

  • Making sure you have enough food to cover a few days by providing you with a basic emergency food parcel

Community Hug

Give a Community Hug through our Community Hub!

The residents we support are self-isolating and don’t have a support network nearby. Their days can be long and lonely so we thought it might be nice for them to receive cheerful pictures or messages from other residents to show you care and to brighten their day.

You can download our pack of five pictures to colour in, or select one picture.

Send us your pics

Send us your pictures and we will include them in the parcels we deliver. If you include your location we will make sure it gets to a local hub.
